While we exert our best efforts to assist certified students in securing employment, we do not guarantee specific salaries, employment offers, or job placement, as hiring decisions remain entirely at the discretion of prospective employers.
4. Engineering & Design Services (B2B Engagements)
Scope of Work: All design, CAD drafting, 3D conversion, and rendering services are executed according to mutually agreed project specifications and milestone schedules.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment of agreed fees, client-specific cad models, final 2D drawings, and high-resolution renders become the exclusive property of the client. CAD CAM RENDER reserves the right to showcase non-confidential sample work in portfolio reels unless explicitly restricted via an NDA.
Confidentiality (NDA): Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary engineering data, patents, schematics, and business methodologies.
5. Fees, Payments & Refunds
All fees for courses and engineering services are payable in accordance with the invoiced terms. Course registration fees are non-refundable once batch commencement or digital material access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CAD CAM RENDER, its instructors, or engineering directors be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our CAD files, manufacturing interpretations, or educational resources.
